What it costs

No wedding transfer price is published. The page states that vehicle combination and cost are confirmed after the planner supplies guest numbers and pickup locations.

The vehicle

Vehicles are matched to group size and route: private cars and taxis for small movements, minivans for families and small groups, larger vehicles for full guest parties. A single departure for a large wedding is often split across several vehicles leaving from different pickup points at staggered times.

Where we drive

The same regional limits apply: Rethymno city and region plus the two airport runs, and no transfers within the Chania, Heraklion or Lassithi regions. If a venue or guest accommodation sits in one of those areas, the operator asks to be told early so it can say straight away what it can and cannot cover.

Can you provide airport transfers from Heraklion and Chania?+

Yes. Private and group transfers can be arranged from both Heraklion International Airport and Chania International Airport to Rethymno, and back again for departures.

Yes. Transport can be coordinated between hotels, villas and wedding venues according to the wedding schedule and the number of guests, within the Rethymno region.

Which areas of Crete do you cover for wedding transfers?+

Rethymno city and the wider Rethymno region, including transfers to and from Chania Airport and Heraklion Airport. Transfers within the Chania, Heraklion or Lassithi regions are not currently run.

We had the most beautiful wedding day in Rethymno, and choosing «Way to Crete» to take care of all our guests’ transfers made the whole experience even more seamless. Our guests were staying at different hotels, so coordinating transportation was something we were a little worried about. «Way to Crete» made the whole process incredibly easy, with punctual pickups, comfortable vehicles and very professional, friendly drivers. The transfers to Agreco Farms and back to the hotels went perfectly. It was such a relief knowing that our guests were in good hands and that we didn’t have to worry about transportation on our special day.
